They offer a supportive culture that values work-life balance, making it possible to juggle family commitments and kids’ activities, while still providing strong growth opportunities. • Serve clients across a diverse range of industries including but not limited to construction, financial institutions, agribusiness, government, nonprofits, healthcare, manufacturing, estates, trusts, and high net worth individuals.
    • Lead large audit, review, tax, and consulting engagements, ensuring projects are completed accurately, on time, and within budget.
    • Oversee and coordinate multiple engagements simultaneously, including scheduling, staffing, and compliance with deadlines.
    • Supervise, train, and mentor staff, providing feedback, technical guidance, and support for professional development.
    • Review work papers and reports to ensure compliance with firm standards and professional requirements.
    • Keep firm leadership informed of key developments, presenting challenges along with well-supported conclusions and recommendations.
    • Collaborate directly with client attorneys, brokers, taxing authorities, and other third parties as needed.
    • Prepare and monitor client billing, ensuring budgeted hours are tracked against actuals.
    • Communicate firm policies, updates, and technical information effectively to staff through meetings and training.
    • Represent the firm through professional involvement and community presence, helping to strengthen both personal and firm reputation.
    • Support practice growth initiatives by identifying opportunities to expand services with existing clients and assisting with business development efforts as appropriate.

    Qualifications:
