Job Description:
A small healthcare organization is looking for a VP of Finance to be a part of their Executive Team. This person will report to the President and be heavily involved of the financial strategy of the organization. You will supervise a Controller and other accounting staff, prepare budgets and forecasts, handle all banking and insurance relationships, oversee internal controls, perform financial analysis, and stay up to date on changes in the healthcare industry. You will also attend monthly Board meetings outside of normal work hours.
Qualifications:
• Must get an annual flu shot and show proof of the original Covid vaccine and at least 1 boost shot
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 10+ years accounting and finance experience in healthcare, a not-for-profit organization, or a governmental entity
• Must have supervisory experience
• Must have experience at an Executive level interacting with a Board
