The Customer Service/Sales Support Specialist plays a crucial role as the liaison between our company, its clientele, and our sales team nationwide. Operating from our office in St. Louis, this position primarily entails efficiently processing customer orders received from our sales team and directly from clients into our order processing system. Additionally, the Customer Service team is responsible for ensuring timely pick, pack, and shipment of products to clients.

Job Description:

• Efficiently process customer orders via email and phone calls from both clients and the sales team.

• Provide timely updates to clients and the sales field regarding order status, inventory, pricing, and shipping information.

• Collaborate with sales, management, and other departments, as well as external partners, to ensure orders are fulfilled promptly.

• Resolve sales or customer issues promptly and escalate when necessary.

• Organize and streamline operational tasks to minimize errors and enhance efficiency.

• Maintain the accuracy of the order processing and inventory system, updating procedures as needed.

• Ensure internal sales team members have adequate inventory and replenish stock when necessary.

• Provide exceptional customer support, prioritizing client satisfaction.

• Manage inventory and conduct monthly reconciliations.

• Perform other sales support and administrative tasks as required.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales support and/or customer service roles.

• At least 2 years of experience in order processing.

• Proven track record of successfully supporting both internal and external clients.

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.

• Experience with relevant industries such as healthcare or government programs is advantageous.
