�� Job Description:
Lead SEC reporting and technical accounting initiatives in collaboration with executive leadership. You’ll oversee the preparation of quarterly and annual filings, manage compliance with internal controls, and guide a Staff Accountant, all while driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead preparation and filing of 10-Qs, 10-Ks, and 11-Ks
• Manage relationships with external and internal auditors
• Oversee technical accounting areas including goodwill and complex transactions
• Stay current with GAAP and SEC changes
• Hire, coach, and develop staff; lead team discussions and initiatives

✅ Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 8+ years of relevant accounting experience
• 2+ years in a leadership role
• CPA or Master’s in Accounting preferred
• Experience with reporting tools
• Ability to work with multiple priorities, deadlines and in a fast paced environment
• Work collaboratively or independently, strategic critical thinker
