Overview
Our client is searching for a Sr. Analyst to join their Credit & Collections team. This role will oversee credit and collections reporting, monitor receivables, manage customer credit limits, and support key credit functions. You’ll work directly with customers and internal teams to resolve disputes, facilitate payments, and contribute to DSO, working capital, and cash flow targets.

Key Responsibilities

• STRONG Credit experience, setting limits, annual reviews.
• Prepare weekly and monthly credit and collections reports.
• Enforce credit and collections policies and monitor customer exposure.
• Analyze accounts, monitor receivables, and focus on delinquent invoices.
• Approve customer credit limits, orders and collaborate with Sales, Billing, AR, and Legal teams.
• Support the Credit & Collections Manager with approvals, training, and special projects.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 5+ years in AR, Credit, and Collections OR High School diploma with 9+ years’ experience.
• Experience preparing weekly and monthly credit and collections reports.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Results-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) preferred.
• Experience mentoring, training, or people management is a plus.
