Job Description:
The Senior Accountant – A/P provides advanced oversight of accounts payable, credit card, and expense processes across multiple entities. This role ensures accurate coding, accruals, reconciliations, and timely month-end close while strengthening internal controls and supporting audit and tax compliance (including 1099s).
The position partners closely with Accounting leadership, Operations, and IT to resolve complex exceptions, improve processes, document procedures, and drive automation. This role also mentors A/P staff, supports cross-functional needs, and helps scale the accounting function in a growing, shared-services environment.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2+ years of accounting experience with strong emphasis in Accounts Payable and general ledger.
