Job description:
Partner with the other Recruiting Manager to:
Develop & Implement Talent Acquisition Strategy
Create a positive employment brand strategy
Manage the full cycle recruitment cycle
Identify and maintain positive vendor relationships
Manage internship program to identify future talent
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree with 3-4 yrs in full cycle talent acquisition; Excellent communication with leadership; Polished, professional presence. Ability to communicate with and/or in front of Executives, Board, and Deans of Bus. Schools. Outgoing, good energy. Very comfortable people facing. . ATS/LinkedIn/Indeed experience
