We’re a growing collaborative search firm partnering with St. Louis-based clients to find top talent in finance/ accounting, construction management, legal, and HR. Every search is customized and handled with integrity and discretion.

About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated Recruiter who enjoys networking, problem-solving, and identifying top talent. You’ll support searches, manage candidate interactions, and help build strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Source and engage candidates through multiple channels
• Conduct initial interviews
• Partner with senior recruiters to understand client needs
• Write and post job descriptions
• Maintain accurate candidate records
• Represent our brand professionally in the St. Louis business community
• Experience utilizing AI to improve efficiency and processes

Who You Are:
• Bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years of professional experience
• Background in sales, recruiting, business development, or client-facing roles preferred
• Self-motivated, competitive, and driven, with a positive mindset and resilience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Curious, resourceful, and eager to learn
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
