About the Role
Recruiter (The High-Growth Catalyst)

The Goal: Master the fundamentals of the recruitment lifecycle through sheer activity, persistence, and a willingness to learn.
Summary
• High-Volume Engagement: Maintain a high level of activity to build a robust candidate pipeline and achieve set sales results.
• Process Management: Organize your calendar to manage numerous tasks simultaneously, ensuring candidates move efficiently through the hiring process.
• Rapport Building: Establish immediate trust with candidates through consistent communication and professional follow-up.

Responsibilities:
• Source and engage candidates through multiple channels
• Conduct initial interviews
• Partner with senior recruiters to understand client needs
• Write and post job descriptions
• Maintain accurate candidate records
• Represent our brand professionally in the St. Louis business community
• Experience utilizing AI to improve efficiency and processes

Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree with 0–3 years of professional experience
• Background in sales, recruiting, or client-facing roles preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
