Job Description:

• Collaborate with legal team and business clients to complete assigned tasks efficiently.

• Assist in maintaining corporate records and legal documents, ensuring accuracy in indexing and filing.

• Coordinate meetings and maintain meeting minutes for company entities.

• Manage corporate governance resources and imaging system for documents and contracts.

• Communicate with clients and legal reviewers to resolve workflow inconsistencies.

• Assist in implementing and managing legal technology.

• Conduct legal research and provide documentation for various requests.

• Serve as a Missouri Notary Public and maintain regular attendance.

• Take on additional projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college.

• Preferred: 1+ years of experience as a corporate paralegal.

• Experience in global business operations preferred.

• Paralegal Certificate from an accredited institution preferred.

• Familiarity with contract management and review processes.

Skills and Abilities:

• Knowledge of legal and contract terminology.

• Strong proofreading and communication skills.

• Excellent client service and interpersonal abilities.

• Organized with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

• Flexibility, initiative, and ability to work in a team.

• Proficiency in Word applications and willingness to learn new technologies.

• Analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Basic math proficiency.
