We are seeking a highly qualified Labor & Employment Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of substantive experience in labor and employment, with a preference for those with a strong background in litigation and counseling. The role will primarily focus on labor and employment litigation and counseling, with opportunities for further development and specialization in this area.

Job Description:

• Handle a diverse caseload of labor and employment matters, including but not limited to discrimination claims, wage and hour disputes, and employment contract issues.

• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.

• Assist with all aspects of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.

• Provide strategic advice and counseling to clients on labor and employment law matters.

• Stay informed about developments in labor and employment law and advise clients accordingly.

• Collaborate with partners, senior associates, and other team members to provide high-quality legal services to clients.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

• Admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction.

• Minimum of four years of substantive experience in labor and employment law.

• Strong background in litigation and counseling preferred.

• Excellent academic credentials.

• Prior experience in a law firm setting is required.

• Superb writing, drafting, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Demonstrated commitment to providing excellent client service.
