Job Description:

As an Inside Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the sales team, managing leads, acquiring potential customers, and nurturing existing accounts.


Sales Support:

• Manage leads

• Acquire potential customers

• Establish accounts and answer calls

• Build and maintain business relationships with customers

• Provide excellent, fast, and efficient customer service

• Act as a single point of contact for customers

• Process dealer applications

• Attend trade shows and handle samples

• Manage all reports sent to sales representatives

Sales Force Management:

• Generate weekly reports and log communications

• Provide order processing backup


• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred

• 2+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, or a similar role

• Proven track record of effectively managing leads, acquiring customers, and building business relationships

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing exceptional service and support

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and report generation

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

• Flexibility to attend trade shows and events as needed

• Knowledge of order processing systems and procedures is a plus

• Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
