Primary responsibilities:
Lead role in navigating HR compliance initiatives across multiple corporate functions. Ensure the organization remains compliant across dozens of entities in Canada, Mexico, and future international markets.
Monitor HR legislation, recommend policy updates, and ensure compliance with laws. Lead international employment expansion, manage global immigration, and ensure affirmative action compliance. Collaborate with legal counsel on HR issues and fulfill annual compliance reporting.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in HR compliance function
- Bachelor’s degree, Masters preferred
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across our business
