Job Description:
• Manage financial records for domestic and international locations, ensuring accurate consolidations and closings
• Lead monthly and yearly financial closing processes for timely and precise reporting
• Direct and mentor the accounting team to foster high performance and teamwork
• Oversee financial transactions recording and management to comply with international and U.S. accounting standards
• Produce detailed financial reports (balance sheets, income statements, cash flows) periodically
• Stay updated on regulatory changes to maintain compliance in financial operations
• Collaborate with various teams to enhance financial process efficiency and technology integration
• Assist with corporate income tax and sales tax responsibilities, including some foreign taxation aspects
• Develop and manage a system for auditing financial controls within the company
• Maintain relationships with external parties such as CPA firms, tax advisors, and banking institutions
• Provide essential financial and operational updates to management regularly
• Handle special projects and improvement initiatives as assigned by senior leadership
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required
• CPA required
• 10-15+ years of progressive accounting experience required
• 3+ years of accounting supervisory experience required
• Public accounting experience preferred
