Job Description:
• Lead Accounting Strategy for Investments: Research, analyze, and document accounting treatments in accordance with SAP, GAAP, and IFRS; create robust policies and position papers.
• Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with internal teams and external advisors to ensure accurate reporting, risk transparency, and alignment with business objectives.
• Drive Process & Reporting Excellence: Support month-end and year-end close processes, enhance internal controls, and continuously improve the quality of investment reporting.
• Mentor and Lead: Provide guidance to investment accounting staff, foster a collaborative team culture, and contribute to leadership goals and department success.
Qualifications:
-CPA strongly preferred
-3+ years of supervisory experience
-strong communication skills
-strong technical accounting skills
