Position Overview
Reporting to the Director of Billing, this role focuses on 1st party residential collections for residential accounts, including managing delinquent accounts and shut-off activity. The individual will also partner with leadership to evaluate and improve the collections process, as some functions are currently outsourced.
Qualifications
• 3–5+ years of utility collections experience preferred
• 1st party collections experience required (Business to consumer)
• Shut-off process knowledge strongly preferred
• Understanding of utility billing regulations and compliance standards ideal
