Job description:
Manage & submit semi-monthly payroll utilizing ADP including commissions, bonus, vacation, compliance reports
Administer all benefit plans, benefit enrollment, changes, terms; manage benefit negotiation & open enrollment with broker; salary reports
Manage HRIS platform – lead representative & liaison between HR & IT, vendors & stakeholders for HRIS transstion.

Qualifications:
Experience in small to mid size company. 4+ yrs Benefit & Payroll procession & administration, Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business or related field, 2 yrs ADP WFN or UKG experience. Professional presence, comfortable with people facing role. Strong organizational & communication skills, good listener, proactive personality.
