The position will be responsible for general oversight of assigned processes within the monthly and quarterly consolidation and reporting process, including: the preparation of journal entries, preparation of financial statements and footnotes for internal and external reporting requirements.
In addition, this position will be required to work closely with the divisional finance and outside auditors in the annual/quarterly SEC reporting process.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and analytical skills and will be comfortable working with Division and Corporate finance professionals as well as interfacing with high level executives in a fast paced and somewhat unstructured environment.
The Position will report to the Supervisor, Financial Reporting.
Monthly consolidation of financial results in accordance with U.S. GAAP and preparation of financial statements for both internal and external reporting.
Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual SEC filings, quarterly earnings press release and investor presentations
Assist in the preparation of variance analysis of consolidated income statement, balance sheet and cash flow analysis
Work closely with cross functional teams including divisional finance personnel, investor relations, tax and legal departments
Assist with the creation of supporting materials for the Board of Directors and Audit Committee
Assist in preparing and providing support to external auditors on the SEC annual and quarterly filings
Assist with implementation of new consolidations and enterprise resource planning system
Responsible for proper accounting of stock-based compensation, derivative/hedge accounting, and basic/diluted shares outstanding
Write, implement and ensure consistent and accurate implementation of accounting policies, particularly for complex US GAAP matters Provide analysis and insight for other assignments and ad hoc projects as needed by management
Education and Experience Required
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting or closely related subject*
Minimum 3-5 years of accounting related work experience at a large, multi-national, publicly-held corporation or at a public accounting firm CPA required
Strong technical skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical, organizational, written and oral communication skills required Knowledge of SAP and SAP Business Planning & Consolidation (BPC), preferred Other Preferred Requirements

Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Must be detail-oriented with effective organizational and time management skills
Must possess ability to interface effectively with internal and external stakeholders
