Job Description:

The ideal candidate will support the leadership team through a variety of functions, such as full-cycle recruiting, employee relations, employee engagement/retention efforts, benefits/managing the PEO relationship, and other duties as assigned. Responsibilities:

Oversee full-cycle of recruitment efforts o Actively recruit new and replacement talent, including posting job ads and utilizing social media o Schedule and conduct initial interviews and assess candidates for basic job-fit and culture-fit o Work closely with hiring managers to assess talent needs o Work with recruitment and staffing agencies to supplement our talent pipeline o Develop relationships with universities and other institutions through networking and career fairs

    Assist Director of Operations with new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process

    Assist with payroll and benefits administration as needed

    Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities

    Build a positive work environment to promote employee engagement

    Administrative duties relating to employee engagement including ordering company apparel and planning company events Qualifications:



    Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources preferred

    Minimum of 2 years Recruiting and Human Resources experience

    Experience with job boards such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Zip Recruiter, etc.

    Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System

    Well organized with strong written and verbal communication skills.
