FP&A Manager in the operational business unit of a high growth, entrepreneurial company in lucrative flourishing industry.

Responsible for assisting the executive leadership in the budget, forecasting and reporting processes for the company assisting on setting strategies and implementing reporting and process initiatives across the company. Focus is on driving the companys FP&A function with an emphasis on performance improvement, providing quality management information, and furthering the development of scalable reporting systems and processes, analytical tools, and key performance metrics requiring strong data analysis skills including creating new models and manipulating data, using data reporting tools. Advanced Excel skills. P/E, senior living, SQL, a plus.
Qualifications, Education and/or Experience:
Bachelors in Finance or Accounting. CPA Preferred.
Five (5+) years accounting and/or financial analysis experience preferred.
Compensation range $85-100k
