Job Description

Works both independently and with business management to identify and develop candidates and clients for direct hire Human Resource searches and Temporary projects primarily in the St. Louis market.  Conduct phone, video and in-person communication with candidates to understand their career objectives and with companies to develop clients for our search practice. 

Qualifications

Prior Executive Recruiting, Human Resource or Sales experience with an interest in a sales/business development and consulting career.  Desire to work hard to build a network over the first few years that can compensate you lucratively for the rest of your career.
