Job Description:
-Lead the direction of the audit functions
-Help advance control frameworks and add sophistication to the function
-Assist in issuance of public debt
-Train and mentor a team of 3
-Liaison with external audit firm acting as fiduciary on behalf of the company
-Ad hoc duities as assigned by the CFO
-Assist on M&A transactions
Qualifications:
-6-12 years of experience
-public accounting experience is required; some industry is a positive but not required
-CPA, CIA, and or CFE are strongly
