We have an exceptional opportunity for a Director of FP&A at our St. Louis location where you would play a key role at a well-established Private Equity (PE)-backed healthcare technology growth company.
Our Finance team is focused on being the analytical backbone of the company by providing financial modeling, fact-based analyses and interpretation of key business drivers and strategic insights from a financial point of view.
Success in this role means you have empowered you and your colleagues to deliver a more accurate forecast, perform more advanced scenario analyses, and better support analytical-based decision making throughout the enterprise.

10-plus years of operating company financial leadership in a public company environment, and the ability to understand the business drivers, key people and critical functions necessary to drive business outcomes.
CRITICAL SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide day-to-day financial team management and FP&A leadership, including as a resource for certain operational activities; collaborate with business unit and enterprise accounting teams; act as a partner with leadership to appropriately continue to scale the Finance team and the business for growth
Help the organization continue to evolve to the next level by continuously re-evaluating and implementing a professional metric-driven culture by linking financial management with operating functions and two-way information sharing; ensure functional/departmental managers are fully informed of operational objectives, purposes and achievements
Position Description:
Participate in, review and continuously improve the timeliness and accuracy of the monthly financial close and related financial and operational reporting
Leadership role regarding financial and operating budget and forecasting process, including management of the business units capital expenditures budget (particularly regarding new product and software development)
Review and analyze product line and client-level revenue and profitability; assist in determining new contract ACV and maintaining related Client-level ACV database to facilitate forecasting; provide insights into pricing of deals and profitability projections
Strong communication and presentation skills; experience interacting with business unit clients in presenting ideas and opportunities supported by fact-based data and decisions
Possesses deep financial and related systems expertise to scale financial systems
Develop methods and recommendations to streamline process
Challenge the status quo and current interpretations of data based on the results of advanced analytically based conclusions Independence/

Use of finance management systems critical; ability to multi-task
