Corporate Training Specialist role with a fantastic growing company region: Michigan, Illinois, Indiana
Perfect for Teaching Assistant, HR entry level, New College Grad, Systems Trainer, etc.
The Training Specialist works in collaboration with operations, accounting/finance, organizational development, sales/marketing and human resources to identify, create and administer training & development programs for employees with a focus on training processes, procedures, and development of the Business Office Manager role for various sites.
Must be personable, flexible and ability to multi-task, and have strong technology skills in order to learn, and train Business Office Managers on all systems i.e. HR, Financial, Clinical, Time keeping, Marketing, etc.)
Great opportunity to work remotely but also get to travel; 35-50 % travel Can work onsite, from home, and/or hotel if too far to drive home.
High exposure role, working with all areas across the organization, impactful & great way to learn everything there is to know about the business and because of this, can promote into various areas of the company. Every day is a different day, doesnt get boring, Challenging work!
Comp range $40-50k Car and phone allowance, gas/food/lodging and other travel expenses paid for by company.
