.Job Description:
Report to VP, key resource to Exec. Team/bus leaders in full range of corp dev activities including strategy development, Financial & business analysis, M&A execution. Develop strong relationships, build maintain financial models, develop market maps/landscapes, key facilitator for execution of m&a, partnerships & joint ventures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required in finance, economics, accounting, or related field of study (MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred)
4-6 years relevant work experience
2-3 years’ experience working in corporate development, private equity, strategy consulting, investment banking, or transaction advisory
