POSITION SUMMARY:

Works both independently and with business management to identify and develop clients for project placement in accounting, finance, human resource, and administrative searches.  Conducts both phone communication and face-to-face meetings with clients to understand their business and hiring/staffing objectives.  Report findings to and work collaboratively with business management and team members.  Cross sell direct hire searches and refer to direct hire division. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  1. Planning
  • Compile list of all activity for the next business day
  • Business Development/Marketing calls, client visits, etc.
  1. Business Development/Sales
  • Complete 75-100+ marketing calls a week (pitch candidate sizzle and ACC selling points)
  • Research calls – obtain company and industry information, Ad calls
  • Prospect development calls
  • Schedule 3-5+ client visits or Zoom meetings per week
  • Obtain job order (2+/week)
  • Track daily/weekly/monthly activity – hash sheets
  1. Manage the Interview Process
  • Complete all necessary job order requirements (complete job order, client visit, fee agreement, rank order, etc.)
  • Help managing client relationships and filling jobs
  • Make matching/qualifying calls to candidates who are a fit for the role
  • Post jobs on website and various job posting sites that we use
  • Coordinate interviews
  • Brief and debrief both candidates and client
  • Set up 2-5+ Send Out Interviews per week
  1. Recruiting
  • Complete 15+ recruiting calls per week
  • Assist with job postings on company website, LinkedIn, Zip Recruiter & Indeed
  • Complete 5+ mini profiles on candidates in our niche
  • Instruct candidates to send in resume and all applicable forms
  • Conduct 2+ follow up detailed interviews with candidates
  • Network for current search assignments
  • Complete reference calls
  • Track daily/weekly activity – in company applicant tracking system
  • Get consultants/employee started in new position, on boarding
  • Post placements follow up/quality control calls
