Job Description:

  • Own the Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Processes
  • Create monthly financial statements in QuickBooks
  • Data Entry
  • Assist with employee payroll/benefit onboarding
  • Interact with vendors
  • Utilize Excel for Inventory tracking
  • Research and resolve tax issues and prepare schedules for annual tax return preparation
  • Assist with Payroll System as directed
  • Lead and/or participate in continuous improvement projects as needed

 

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree in Accounting or equivalent
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. 
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills/ Strong knowledge of Excel
  • Experience with QuickBooks preferred
