Job Description:
-Oversees all aspects of an engagement, the face of the firm and a liaison between shareholders, clients, and staff.
-make executive level decisions, understand the firm’s philosophy and financial reports, keep abreast of economic and political trends
Responsibilities included but not limited to: preparing client invoices and managing the workflow of client deliverables, including financial statements. – prepare internal control and management letters to minimize risk, optimize engagement economics, and meet deadlines. -lead the engagement planning process, determining staff, timing, and risk assessment, while also reviewing workpapers to ensure compliance with professional standards. – maintain regular contact with clients, developing a thorough understanding of their business, and prepare engagement letters for shareholder approval.
· Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting
· 7+ years of progressive experience in public accounting, with increasing complexity of auditing and accounting tasks
· Must hold a CPA license
