Growing Private Equity firm in Real Estate Tax Credit business with many developments in the U.S. They are in strong growth stage so this is a new position being added. This is a high profile role, working at various times or simultaneously with the CEO, General Counsel, Legal Administrator, Developers, Asset Managers, and others in the company.

Looking for someone:
- 5 Years transaction or real estate legal experience
- Member of the Missouri Bar or able to become a member promptly
- Corporate, affordable housing or commercial real estate transaction experience a plus. LIHTC experience a plus
