Accounts Payable: new vendor set up, as well as coding, processing, and reviewing invoices
Accounts Receivable: process payments and reconcile outstanding balances
Balance sheet account reconciliations
Assist with maintaining the general ledger
Analyzing financial statements
Generating monthly and ad hoc reports
Assisting with internal/external audits
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
MBA and/or CPA a plus
0-2 Years of relevant accounting experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) is preferred
Behavioral Skills: detail oriented, excellent communicator, and effective time-management
