Responsible for delivery/ implementation of human resource strategies across the respective region and supporting the line HR manager to deliver and proactively engage with the branch to support the development of sound people management

Direct Reports: HR team members at various regional offices
Indirect Reports:
Education & Relevant Experience 10 year experience in similar, relevant industry. MBA preferred, Spanish speaking a plus

Job Responsibility
: To work with all stakeholders across the region and develop and implement cost effective recruitment and retention strategies
: To prepare and execute overall People strategy/HR Plan for the region in consultation with global HR function.
: To determine and provide leadership in developing the HR strategy, in support of the business plan and strategic direction of the Organisation. Key areas will include Talent acquisition and retention, succession planning, change management, organisational Development & performance management, learning & development and compensation & benefits.
: To establishing and implementing an HR offering that effectively communicates and supports the Company' s vision and strategic objectives.
: To act as a strategic business partner to the Executive/Senior Management within each business Unit regarding key organisational and management issues.
: To enhance the learning curve of employees by training & development and providing various growth opportunity and succession planning aligning with the objectives of the Company.
: To ensure 100% compliance as per the region laws as applicable
: To conduct global survey and implement comprehensive compensation and benefit plans.
: To prepare and manage manpower headcount budget and cost and maintain the cost with positive variance as per like size industry norms.
