Works both independently and with business management to identify candidates for direct hire and project placement in accounting, finance, internal audit and tax searches. Conducts both phone communication and face-to-face meetings with candidates to understand career objectives. Evaluate candidates to determine marketability, urgency and level of commitment. Match candidates with job and prepare candidates for interview when needed.


1. Planning
: Compile list of all activity for the next business day
: Recruiting calls, reference calls, prep calls, help with debrief calls, schedule interviews, client visits, etc. When needed

2. Recruiting
: Complete 150-200+ recruiting calls and emails/inmails per week
: Prospect development calls
: Complete mini profiles on candidates in our niche
: Instruct candidates to send in resume and all applicable forms
: Network for current search assignments
: Schedule in office face-to-face interviews (5+/week)
: Complete reference calls
: Track daily/weekly/monthly activity - hash sheets

3. Matching
: Work w/ Account Executives/Search Consultants to identify potential matches for your candidates
: Work w/ Account Executives/Search Consultants and firm management to identify best open jobs to recruit for to prioritize
: Assist Account Executives/Search Consultants with matching calls to your candidates
: Assist Account Executives/Search Consultants with prepping and debriefing your candidates as needed
: Post placement follow up calls
