Duties and Responsibilities:
: Manage HR Benefit Plans for payroll
: HSA, FSA, Sec. 125 Plan, 401K, etc.
: Establish and maintain best practice for payroll processing
: Establish and maintain processes for benefit processing
: Manage accurate job costing processes for payroll related cost
: Establish and approve all payroll tax filing & ACA compliance
: Implement & maintain process for all registration, business & contractors licenses
: Maintain 401K & ESOP participant data, compile & submit annual census data
: Compile spreadsheets for annual bonus & salary increase review
: Assist with 401K, ESOP, work comp, laborer & insurance audits
Qualifications and Experience:
: Bachelor' s Degree
: 2 - 5 Years Payroll experience required
: Detail orientated, well organized and excellent at multi-tasking
: Someone who will initiate & implement processes & software
: Stable work history
: Proficient in: 10 Key, Microsoft, Accounting Software (Viewpoint a plus)
