This position is an ideal opportunity for a HR Generalist focusing in Talent Development. This position is aligned with key business groups to ensure seamless design, delivery and execution of a full range of HR initiatives in support of business and HR objectives.

  • Engages with associates in outreach programs throughout the employment lifecycle, including onboarding and engagement efforts, focused touch bases and exit interviews, and proactive performance management coaching

  • Support and coordinate curriculum development for corporate Leadership Training Series

  • Support and coordinate curriculum development for new and first-time managers

  • Support and manage the performance review process for corporate in UltiPro

  • Support career development and career pathing

  • Utilize, manage and evolve the learning management system to schedule, monitor, facilitate, record, and evaluate learning activities for participants

  • Identifies, analyzes, and trends organizational learning needs; uses findings to identify and make recommendations for programs to meet objectives

  • Participates in outsourcing training facilitation in alignment and facilitates small group sessions/meetings when requested

  • Develops and implements communication and marketing plans for learning programs

  • Assists with monitoring and controlling training costs to ensure forecast is not exceeded.

  • Assists with verifying accuracy of invoices and submits for approval

  • Stays up to date on trends, knowledge and research related to learning and development; evaluates and implements for organization, as needed

  • Evaluates current learning programs to ensure best in class learning for associates. Reports findings and trends

  • Provides support with project planning through the development of our talent development programs

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have 3-5 years as an HR Generalist, experience with talent management and learning development preferred

  • Bachelor's degree required; professional Human Resources/business certification or equivalent experience desired

  • Experience with an LMS and/or HRIS considered a plus
