HR Admin Support

Assist in updating applicant tracking system to include candidate notes, status updates, merging, and purging.
Create new job openings in applicant tracking system as requested.
Set up new third-party recruiters in applicant tracking system.
Manage online postings to include company website and third-party vendors, as well as track expenses.
Generate quarterly recruitment metrics from applicant tracking system.
Support the college recruiting program.
Assist with training coordination and creation of training materials.
Take meeting minutes and prepare recruiting needs list for monthly recruiting meetings
Review and manage general HR email inbox.
Respond to unsolicited resumes.
Coordination of meetings, lunches, trainings, and travel for HR department as requested.
Assist HR Director/Manager/Generalist/Recruiters with other various administrative tasks and projects.
3-7 years of related experience.
High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's Degree considered a plus.
Excellent computer skills, must be proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Experience working with an applicant tracing system and/or HRIS considered a plus.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Must be extremely organized and detail oriented.
Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
