Financial Analyst responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
: Prepares spreadsheets for data analysis; prepare reports with charts and graphs, and ad hoc requests. May make presentations
: Perform accounting activities including management of all aspects of collections, invoicing, network capital reporting, and reviewing financial reports/support as necessary
: Gathers and compiles raw data; conducts research for industry trends and benchmarks; and normalizes data to be incorporated into a centralized data format
: Analyzes reports, makes comparisons to industry/company benchmarks, determines trends, and prepares cost analyses
: Working with sales and marketing/ program management to develop forecasts of anticipated demand on a monthly/ quarterly/ annual, rolling 24 months basis by product / service family for sales and operations planning
: Works with marketing, sales and operations to develop, monitor and report on metrics; highlight issues with key performance indicators
: Will act as the "technical expert" in matters concerning the use of the computer system for contracts, scheduling, forecasting, Salesforce.Com, and other business systems interfacing
: Demonstrates and promotes the company vision
: Regular attendance and punctuality
: Applies GMP/GLP in all areas of responsibility, as appropriate
: Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner
: Performs other duties as assigned
: Owns the accountability and responsibility of delivering to client needs and timeliness
: Provides cross-functional support to other departments as required
: Adjusts work hours as needed to meet client deadlines
: Adheres to site employee health and safety (EHS) requirements
The ideal candidate would possess:
: Expertise in working with spreadsheets, databases, strong understanding of financial concepts and data
: Working knowledge of Pivot Tables, V-lookup, and basic financial functions within Excel
: Strong interpersonal skills are essential to effectively interact with all teams, areas, and levels of the business affecting the forecasting process
: Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills
: Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail
: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
: Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies
: Bachelor's degree and 0-4 years of applicable experience.
: Good facilitation skills are required.
: Must have strong analytical, organizational, decision making, and presentation skills
: Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
Position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 a.M.-5 p.M., with additional hours as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of St. Charles, Missouri are encouraged to apply.
