Core Finance Planning and Delivery
The Finance Planning and Delivery function is responsible to ensure Finance is properly positioned and focused to efficiently and successfully deliver on divisional and firm-wide projects and programs in the context of a holistic portfolio.
PMO Department Leader
The PMO Leader is responsible for the Project Management Office. This role will define a clear planning and execution structure to support all projects in the Core Finance portfolio of work. This includes defining roles, responsibilities, talent needs, and communication plans to be adhered to for consistent delivery of project efforts.
: Partner with division leaders to determine prioritization, resource needs, and scheduling of projects. This includes incorporating business planning process and initiatives into the overall portfolio view to provide a measurable view of progress toward business goals.
: Direct responsibility for a team of project leaders and coordinators who will be responsible for the quality delivery of all efforts in the portfolio of work. This team will be responsible for allocating, onboarding, assigning and oversight of project resources in addition to ensuring project schedule, scope and quality objectives are met by monitoring, using metrics and controls to measure progress, taking corrective action and escalating issues when necessary.
: Responsible for the design, development and implementation of effective/efficient reporting to show alignment to department/division/firm key measures.
: Work with business owners to determine the effectiveness of projects through benefit realization, and establish metrics to analyze the business impact after implementation.
: Provide development and mentoring on portfolio, program, and/or project management processes and guidelines through timely feedback during project execution.
: Establish and maintain effective communications and relationships across the division and the firm.
: B.S. /B.A. Is required.
: 5+ years of project management experience
: 10+ years of related business experience with increasing levels of responsibility including leading teams, planning, setting strategy and direction, and leading enterprise-wide efforts
: PMP certification required or within first 6 months
