As a Corporate Accountant II, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the accurate valuation of inventory and reporting accuracy of other assets and liabilities for the Company.
Key Job Accountabilities:
Assist in performing the monthly updates to Cognos Controller, consolidating financial data globally, and reconciling intercompany balances.
Analyze general ledger accounts for accuracy, extraordinary or unusual items.
Reconcile general ledger accounts to comply with SOX requirements.
Prepare weekly and month end journal entries to ensure accurate account balances.
Responsible for assisting with SOX Control preparation and review to ensure controls are in compliance with company standards and process narratives.
Assist with the preparation of audit requirements.
Review monthly reconciliations performed by other accountants.
Supports the manufacturing sites with margin analysis and issue resolution. Assist other Corporate and site department when required.

Here's what we are looking for:
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required; a Bachelor's degree in Accounting is preferred.
Public accounting experience is highly desirable.
CPA is highly desirable.
Three years of related experience is required.
