Finance Systems and Solutions collaborates with our Finance business areas to proactively identify and deliver business efficiencies through enhanced systems functionality and process improvement. This includes solution development, business process analysis, and project planning and execution that enable business areas to meet their short and long term objectives.
Continuous Improvement Leader
The Continuous Improvement Leader leads a team of Operational Excellence/Business Process Improvement Practitioners that utilize the operational excellence discipline. The team includes execution, coaching, coordination, and management of improvement teams as they are engaged in the improvement process.
The leader will establish and ensure adherence to the framework for the use of various end-user tools including delivered technology system functionality, robotic process automation, available data and reporting technology and minor IS administered changes.
: Establishing and facilitating a process to allow for short-cycle improvements that provide quantifiable and sustainable business process performance improvements
: Collaborate closely across finance technology, business areas and the firm to understand the breadth and maturity of available tools and processes and ensure they are applied accordingly.
: Significant responsibility for serving as a change agent in support of a continuous business improvement philosophy using transparent measurements. This includes significant collaboration with the business process owners and sponsors to achieve successful business improvements.
: Role will have responsibility for building a rotational structure, key to enabling Finance associates to broaden self-service capabilities for their business needs.
: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
: Master' s Degree/MBA preferred
: Minimum of 8 years of experience in a people and/or project leader role required
: Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach in the practical application of Operational Excellence tools/methods to drive significant business impact
: Knowledge and/or experience with End-User Tools (RPA, ERP tools, SaaS applications)
: Excellent interpersonal, written communication and presentation skills at all levels of the organization
: Proven ability to effectively lead change initiatives and exercise influence
: Significant experience evaluating and documenting cost / benefit justification
