The Contingent Workforce Specialist is responsible for the support of all vendor management related activities. This position is responsible for working with approved contracted staffing firms for any related contingent staffing needs.
: Interact and communicate with internal customers to gain insight on contingent workforce needs
: Support and manage positive relationships with approved third-party staffing vendors
: Ensure consistent and documented processes are being followed by all internal partners and agency partners.
: Maintain and provide reports requested by Finance, HR, Procurement, etc.
: Responsible for all communications with staffing vendors
: Maintain confidentiality and sensitive information
: Work directly with Hiring Managers to post contingent labor positions.
: Drive process improvement for the contingent workforce program
: Work directly with Contracts Administrator to ensure all contracts are updated and revised
: May be responsible for coordinating interviews between Staffing Agencies and Hiring Managers.
: Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of study or equivalent combination of experience and education.
: 2 years of experience working with third party vendors, or contingent workforce programs.
: Excellent written and oral communication skills
: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
: Strong Organizational Skills
: Self- Motivated
: Prior experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, and/or Vendor Management Systems
