Accounting Analyst- SEC Reporting

Assists the Financial Consolidation and SEC Reporting group with closing and reporting processes on a US GAAP basis or other comprehensive basis of accounting for outside regulators (e.G. The Securities and Exchange Commission).
: Performs accounting, reporting and analysis for the company's equity compensation plan in accordance with ASC718 guidelines. Acts as a liaison across legal entities and segments in support of local reporting and disclosures.
: Prepares US GAAP segment income statement and balance sheet variance analytics for the financial reporting area and external auditor. Obtains segment controllers' sign off and explanations of material fluctuations.
: Performs reporting functions for the Financial Consolidation and SEC reporting group, which includes the following:
o Preparation of general ledger uploads
o Updating, reconciling and recording financial results for external and internal reporting needs.
o Detail analysis, compilation and reporting of data based on US GAAP or other comprehensive basis of accounting for reporting to outside regulators, (e.G. The Securities and Exchange Commission.
: Assist with preparing SEC forms 10-Q/K/Proxy, stand-alone US GAAP, local IFRS and local Statutory reporting for the company's various reporting entities as assigned.
: Assists with report development and/or updates; addresses financial reporting related questions raised by business unit, area, or function.
: Shares technical expertise with others; recommends process improvements, provides functional advice and/or training as needed.
: Coordinates communication, acts as liaison with other business units, areas and functions as needed.
: May assist in annual budget planning, process and analysis.
: Maintains regular and predictable attendance.
: Performs other duties as assigned.
