Senior Accountant

Responsibilities to include, but are not limited to:

: Manage a portfolio of multiple residential properties
: Full cycle accounting
: Bank Reconciliations
: Adjusting Journal Entries
: Cash management
: Resident ledger management
: Complete preparation of customized financial statements and supporting schedules
: Comprehensive financial analysis and performance reporting
: Accrual based processes
: Coordinate, document, and implement various processes, procedures and training techniques involving community Business Office Manager and Corporate Accounting workflows to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial and operational performance reporting

: Bachelor' s Degree; Accounting, Finance
: Minimum of 4+ years of accounting experience; preferably in residential real estate property management
: Experience working with general ledgers (creating journal entries, establishing accruals, actual preparation of financial statements)
: Proficiency with Microsoft Office
: The qualified candidate will be detail oriented, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, extremely professional, and customer service oriented
: Accounting Software experience, YARDI experience is preferred
