Partner with recruiting team to create and implement strategic sourcing strategy for all talent needs.
Research and source potential candidates through internet searches, jobs boards, and various industry related sources.
Review profiles/resumes to qualify potential candidates.
Submit leads into iCIMS applicant tracking system.
Research various college programs.
Monitor jobs boards and set up online alerts in specific industry sectors.
Create new job openings in applicant tracking system as requested.
Manage online postings to include company website and third party vendors, as well as track expenses.
Support the college recruiting program to include event research and set up, resume review, and job postings.
Assist HR Recruiters with other various administrative tasks.
Bachelor's Degree required.
1-5 years of executive recruiting and/or research experience.
Recruiting experience in an executive search firm or corporate environment, executing a variety of searches.
Experience with iCIMS or other Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is a plus.
Ability to drive research strategy, review passive candidates, and understand new industries quickly.
Ability to focus and multi-task in a fast paced environment.
Must be extremely organized and detail oriented.
Have excellent communication and high-level of customer service for internal and external clients.
