Office Manager Location: St. Louis, Missouri
This private multi-family office, is seeking an Office Manager to provide administrative support to the firm, Managing Director and tax professionals. The candidate must be detailed oriented, analytical, well-organized and a team player with strong professional presence, interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:? Performing general office administrative duties? Supporting Managing Director and tax professionals with various day-to-day tasks? Researching, evaluating, and summarizing data as requested by the team? Compiling documents for the team? Registering tax professionals for continuing education and helping to track professional education for annual license requirements? Renewing various professional licenses and memberships for the team? Helping to facilitate IT needs in-house with the assistance of an outsourced IT company? Handling confidential and non-routine tasks? Open to new challenges and assisting with special projects as requested
Qualifications:? 5+ years' proven experience in office management or supporting multiple professionals? Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook? Ability to represent firm in a highly professional manner? Excellent written and verbal communication skills? Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make decisions? Proven ability to multi-task and practice excellent time management with little or no supervision? Must be organized, meticulous and detail-oriented? Ability to treat sensitive/confidential information with appropriate discretion? Strong sense of urgency, adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness? Willingness to help with any office task as needed? Experience in a financial services firm preferred
