Position Description: We are seeking an Audit Manager to participate in all aspects of our Accounting and Auditing practice. The Audit Manager serves as a primary point of contact for clients and leverages our entire team to consistently deliver a superior client experience. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
: Addressing and fulfilling client requests and ensuring delivery of exceptional client service.
: Plan, develop and execute audit, review and compilation engagements with our team including HUD, ERISA and non-profit.
: Assist with department leadership to oversee the operations of engagements, inform supervisors of engagement status, and manage staff performance.
: Exercise decision-making skills in order to establish quality service that exceeds client expectations.
: Use technological experience and tools to enhance the effectiveness of deliverables and services.
: Assist clients with all of their accounting and operational needs and provide meaningful advice.
OTHER SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
: CPA required
: Five to eight years of public accounting or related experience
: Ability to deal with and solve complex problems
: Excellent organizational and time management skills
: Ability to clearly and confidently communicate with clients and co-workers
: Demonstrate management, analytical, interpersonal and project management skills
: Highly developed with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word)
