SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
With minimal oversight, prepares financial reports and analyzes financial information to determine or maintain records of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability, or other financial activities within the company.
: Prepares quarterly Board of Director Financial Review.
: Prepares journal entries and financial statements on a monthly basis.
: Maintains and updates various databases on Access
: Calculates bonus calculations and communicates these to the department managers.
: Performs other related duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
: Undergraduate degree in Accounting is required.
: 2-5 years experience preferred.
: A solid ability to use mathematics to solve problems and arrive at correct answers
: Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, the financial markets, the industry and the analysis and reporting of financial data.
: Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Access computer software.
: Mathematical Reasoning - A solid ability to use mathematics to solve problems and arrive at correct answers
: Critical thinking - Must be analytical, detail oriented, using logic and reason to identify solutions, conclusions and approaches to problems.
: Sound judgment and decision making
