Work both independently and with business management to identify clients and candidates for project placement in accounting, finance, internal audit and tax positions. Conduct both phone communication and face-to-face meetings with clients and candidates to understand their business and career objectives. Evaluate organizations and candidates to determine marketability and level of commitment. Manage entire search and placement process. Report findings to business management and team members. Cross sell direct hire searches and refer on to direct hire division. May provide training or act as a mentor to less experienced team members.
Bachelors Degree 1-5+ years of sales experience or accounting/finance experience with an interest in sales and consulting Desire to work hard to build a network over the first few years that can compensate you lucratively for the rest of your career
